What data we collect
The data you give us through our forms, WhatsApp or email: name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, details of your transaction (stage, area and approximate price) and your message. We also collect basic technical data about your visit, such as the page or ad that brought you here.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and schedule the call you request.
- To send you the info kit and the information you ask for.
- To prepare a proposal of services and, if you hire us, to provide the service.
- To know which ads bring us inquiries, so we can invest better in advertising.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your consent when you contact us, and the need to take the pre-contractual steps you request.
Where it is stored
We use providers with recognized security measures: Google Workspace (email, spreadsheets and calendar), Cloudflare (website hosting and cookieless visit statistics), Google Ads (ad measurement) and WhatsApp, by Meta (if you message us there). These providers may process data outside the Dominican Republic.
How long we keep it
For as long as our professional relationship lasts and as required by legal obligations. If you don't hire us, we keep it for a maximum of two (2) years from your last contact and then delete it; you can ask us to do it sooner.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, under Dominican Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (portability, restriction and withdrawal of consent) and may file a complaint with your supervisory authority. Cookies
We use Google Ads to know which ads generate inquiries. If you visit us from Europe, this measurement is only activated if you accept it in the cookie notice; from other countries it is activated when the page loads. Your browser also stores three technical items: your cookie choice, whether you already downloaded the kit and, only during your visit, the ad that brought you here (if you visit from Europe, the last one only with your permission). Cloudflare measures visits in aggregate and without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
